HALLOWEEN APRON BOX

I created this Halloween Apron Box for the 'Funkie Junkie Boutique Challenge' called "It's Halloween".  You can find all the information HERE.

I cut the basic box using the Sizzix Bigz XL Die call 'Apron Box'.

I made templates 1/4" smaller than the die pieces.  These I decorated with images found on the internet clip art sites.  I brought them into Photoshop Elements for sizing.

Here's one side of box.

Here's the other.

And here's the back.

ALTERED WINE BOTTLE

I altered wine bottle by turning it into a lantern.  Lights are a single strand of Christmas twinkly lights.

I found the giraffe on a clip art site on the internet.  I brought it into Photoshop Elements for sizing and coloring.  Edges are burnished using Gathered Twigs Distress Ink by Tim Holtz.

Close up of the cork.  I made a nest for tiny ceramic bird using 'Tiny Tattered Florals' die by Tim Holtz as well as a couple silk flowers from my stash.

Close up of flowers used behind giraffe and around the bottle.  Die is #664163 from Sizzix.  Smaller flower and moth are from my stash.

There's a one inch hole drilled in the back to thread the lights through.  More foliage and tiny flower added.

TWIST-n-POP CARD

I created this 'Twist-n-Pop' card using an old Christmas video by Collette Mitrega as inspiration.  You can find that tutorial HERE.

I used a digital kit called "Oh Boy" at Kimeric Kreations for background papers and elements.  You can find that kit HERE.  This is the card front along side the 'belly band' that helps keep it closed.  Card measures 4" x  6".

I made templates using Photoshop Elements program to mount the designs on.  Then cut them out and started putting the card together.

When the card is opened, out pops the sentiment in big letters.  Then the card measures
4" x  12".

Here's the back.
