Splitcoast Stampers has instructions for making Easel Cards.  You can find them HERE.  I chose to make mine larger.  It measures 5" x  5".

After opening, the front rests on a small support pad and stands up.  Thus, the name 'Easel'.  To create this card I used 'Paprika' papers from Photo Play.  You may purchase this line at 'Scrap N Create' which you can find HERE

'BRAG BOOK' Mini Album

Small Mini Album measures 4 1/2" x  5 1/2" with a 1/2" spine.  Tutorial is by Marla at Lake Avenue Designs.  You can find the video HERE.  I used the 'Fairy Dust' papers from Graphic 45.

Instead of using ribbon,  I designed a belly-band closure.

Here's the front two pages.  All edges are burnished with 'Vintage Photo' Distressed Ink by Tim Holtz.

Here is the inside showing the photo mats.  The reverse sides of mats  have lines for journaling.

This is a close up of small '5 leaf flower punch' used in the corners.  Leaves are from an unknown dye.

Altered Bird Cage

I started with an empty bird cage.  Measurements are 8" x 11" and is 18" tall.

Started by placing a bird nest in the upper corner.  Using hot glue, I arranged flowers and greenery.

Pic looking into bottom of cage.

Pink flowers are plastic flower stems with a little green leaf hammock.  In case some fairies stop by they can take a 'quick nap'!  I bought these at Michaels.

This is a close up of the flowers and ribbon on top of the cage.  The little butterflies, bees and lady bugs are fancy cut and mounted on wires.

'BRAG BOOK' Mini Album

This Mini Album measures 4 1/2" W x 5 1/2" T with a 1/2" spine.  Tutorial is by Marla at Lake Avenue Designs.  Instead of using ribbon to close the album I designed a belly band using elements from my stash.  You can find the tutorial HERE.

Here is what the inside pages look like.  I used papers from 'Nature Sketchbook Collection' and 'Enchanted Forest Collection'.  Both are from Graphic 45.

Another pic of inside pages.  All pages and postage elements were burnished  with 'Crushed Olive' Distress Ink by Tim Holtz.

Close up of belly band.

I made this 'Altered Book' as a holder for my Christmas cards.  The basic instructions for folding I got from a video by 'Owl House Designs'.  You can find that HERE.

There were about 300 pages in the book.  Finished size is about 8 1/2' x 12'.

I then went through my stash to see what I had to work with.

All the edges were burnished with 'Fired Brick' Distress Ink by Tim Holtz.

Here's a close up of one of the corners.

Here's the finished holder with Christmas cards .

Continuing on with the Holiday Tags, here's another group.   I chose the 'Holiday Hoopla' kit by Snickerdoodle Designs because these little elves are just too darn cute!  You can find that kit HERE.

I followed the same directions in the video by Kathy Clement.  You can find that video HERE.  As before, I made my tags smaller by using the ATC size Alphabet Banners by Graphic 45.
I chose my elements for cutting out from the kit and printed a sheet.

I also printed a sheet of polka dots to use in backgrounds behind the Elves.

Here's all the pieces cut out and ready for assembly.

Here's the back side.

For the base of these cards I used Alphabet Banners - ATC size cards by Graphic 45.  Kathy Clement has a video using the larger sizes.  You can find that HERE.

This is the front.  I used St. Nicholas paper collection from Graphic 45.  If you would like the smaller measurements just leave your email in the comment section below.

This is the back.

I cut out all the parts and elements first.  Then burnished all the edges with 'Gathered Twigs' Distress Ink by Tim Holtz.
