MS. T'S MILK CARTON

I've made several of these 'Milk Cartons'.  The thing that attracted me to Ms. T's site is that she altered the measurement so you can get two cartons out of one 12''x''12 sheet of cardstock.  Final measurement is  2'' x   5''.  Ephemera is from clip art on the internet.

Here's the back.  I filled the carton with a bag of candy corn.  Papers are from Graphic 45's collections of Halloween papers.

MAN'S BIRTHDAY CARD

 

I designed this card with an outdoors theme in mind.  It measures  4 1/4'' x  5 1/2''.

I choose many different shapes and colors and stacked them on top of each other.  Copper brackets added even more texture.

I added a slanted pocket to hold a specially designed tag.

BUTTERFLY FOLIO GIFT BOX

 

This is so much more than an elegant looking folio!  It measures  4 1/2'' x  7'' x  2 1'8''.  Original measurement are from Sherry at The Posh Paper Lady.  I added my take on it by using a large number of butterflies and tiny flowers.  Floral arrangement on the front is made up of  three layers of a floral die.

                     This is the side of folio. I used pop-ups to attach the butterflies and flowers.

Inside hidden behind a panel is a secret gift box.

GIFT BOXES

 

Little  2'' x  2'' boxes.  Directions are from 'The Paper Pixie'' tutorial called Strawberry Gift Box.  They are made from 110lb cardstock.  'Floral Kitten Clipart' is the name of the ephemera kit.  Sentiment reads You R Purrr-fect.

DESKTOP ADHESIVE CADDY

I originally saw this 'Desktop Adhesive Caddy' on 'Creative Lee Yours' and had to make one.  The measurements are Wendy Lee's but I added a chip board base for strength.  Caddy measures  4 1/4'' x   4 1/2''.

Here's a side view.  Perfect for storing pop-ups, glue dots and liquid glue.  Papers are from a  Hackney & Co. collection at Home Shopping Network called 'Tell The Bees'.

DAY BY THE OCEAN

 

This is a Tunnel Card.  It measures 6'' x  8' and is 1 1/2'' deep.  Measurements are from a video done by Sam Calcott.  Sea monster and fish come from a retired digital kit called 'Little Fishy Island' by Studio Lorie.  Sentiment reads ' A Day By The Ocean Does Wonders For The Soul'. Font is called Street Writing.

FLIP LID GIFT BOX

 

  There's something about boxes that I can't resist.  I had to make my own version of Sam Calcott's 'Flip Lid Gift Box'.  It measures  8 1/2'' x  5''.  Medalion is made from Kraft paper mounted on chip board for strength.  Floral center is a group of flowers made using 'Tattered Floral' dies by Tim Holtz.  Box is topped off with a brass handle.

                                                         

                                                       Lid tilts back for access to inside.  Patterned paper is from an unknown collection of Graphic 45.

SHUTTER CARD

 

I designed this card using standard weight cardstock.  I was inspired to make this card after seeing a video by Lisa Curio.  I used Steampunk ephemera for my theme.  Background papers are from a G45 kit called 'Curiouser and Curiouser'.

Ephemera is from clip art on the internet as well as Creative Fabricia.

BOOK STYLE TEA BAG HOLDER

 To make this 'Tea Bag Holder' I started with making a simple album.  It measures  3 1/2" x 4" and has a  1/1/2" spine.  Inside the album are two layers of flip-top pockets that hold the tea bags.  Sherry at  'The Posh Paper Lady' is the one who designed these very clever pockets.

I used a clip art kit from Etsy called 'Quirky Whimsey Tea Pots and Tea Cups'.  The additional ephemera came from my stash.

TOWER PILLAR CARD

 

I created this 'Tower Pillar Card' using standard 65lb cardstock.  Butterfly's and flowers are from my Ephemera collection.  Large Happy Birthday die connects the pillars.  

Measurements are from a Sam Calcott video.  This is the back.  Card measures  6" x  6" and folds flat to fit in an envelope.

VALENTINE WATERFALL CARD

 I designed this 'Valentine Waterfall Card' using standard 65lb cardstock.  Backgrounds and ephemera came from Creative Fabrica. I used three different font styles:  Chopin Scrip, Georgia and Times New Roman for making the sentiment.

              This see through 'Gift Box' is  5 1/2'' x  5 1/2''.  Bee-atrice and her array of sewing notions are from a Snickerdoodle digital kit designed by Karen Schulz called Bee-atrice.  

    

                  All four sides are decorated with Fall colors.  The flowers are from a digital kit by Etsy designer  Laurie Furnell.  The top of the box has layered flower petals and ribbon.

FRONT STEP PANEL CARD

I created this card using directions by Jilli at Honeybee.  It folds up nicely and fits in an A2 sized envelope.  Background papers are from Graphic 45 scrapes in my stash.

Z-FOLD POP-UP CARD

 

I designed this Z-Fold Pop-Up Card for a friend who has recently retired.  He is very active and loves to travel and play pickleball.  Card folds up nicely into a  5 1/2'' x  5 1/2'' envelope.  I used scraps from Graphic 45 for background pieces.  Ephemera is from clip art on the internet and brought into Photoshop for sizing and creating.

HALLOWEEN DOME CUP

 

I created this 'Halloween Dome Cup' treat holder using regular 65lb weight cardstock with a Halloween design on it.  I entered the dimensions in my Scan-n-Cut for cutting.  This is the front. 

Here's the back.  Handles are held together with Velcro.  I used a 6 oz. cup and filled with jelly beans.  Ephemera is from clip art on the internet.
